One thing I neglected to mention in the last post is to give credit to the DC-Whos-Who Tumblr feed, where I've found the majority of these images. If you like character profiles and great art, I HIGHLY recommend checking scouring through his entires. There is so much greatness to be found there, and far beyond just the Bat-Villains.

But of course, the Bat-Villains are what mainly interest me, so shall we continue?

Too bad, because I'm going ahead anyway! )

Anyone know where I can find a copy of this? Or at least, the pages relevant to my interests?

This is proving incredibly hard to track down. I have no interest in actually playing any DC RPG games, but I'm at least interested in seeing Harvey's stats. For now, I've at least found this:

It's pretty interesting as a look at Pre-Crisis Batman characters. For example, I never realized that the Impostor Hatter was the first Hatter to actually be named Jervis Tetch, which was later retconned to be the real name of the Alice in Wonderland style Hatter when the Impostor was phased out. Also, I have to chuckle at how the guide gives great prominence to characters like Nocturna and the Nightslayer.

The Harvey-centric stats are interesting too, but I'd want to hold off on posting them here until I could compare them with the stats from the Who's Who volume above. Perhaps I should also track this one down too:

Any role-playing Bat-fans out there have a copy of these and a scanner on hand? I'd appreciate it!

What I want to know is, can you actually play Harvey in any of these? And more importantly, do you have to flip a coin before you make a move?

I'm gonna get this last one outta the way so I can focus on the big review of the Two-Face solo story from Batman: Streets of Gotham, which actually did end very differently than I was expecting. This whole story has given me much fodder for frowning contemplation for the past couple months, so hopefully you'll join me for the big airing out later tonight or tomorrow.

Until then, arts!

The final bunch of neato Two-Face portraits by Matt Wagner, Kevin Maguire, Gabriel Hardman, Bruce Timm, Steve Epting, and Stewart Sayger )

Y'know what? I love this last one so much, I think it deserves to be outside of the cut. Your bandwidths will just have to deal.

Steve Lieber. This one's going on my all-time favorites collection.
